TRANSACTION ACCEPTANCE POLICY:
CashOldPhone.com will pay full value if the used
cell phone(s)
sent is in an acceptable condition as outlined below. The shipment or sale to CashOldPhone.com confirm your acceptance of our price and conditional offer.
CashOldPhone.com will consider each phone is on its own contract and will process each phone separately. If you send us more than one phone and one of them is less than acceptable condition, we will stop process the rejected phone(s) and will continue process the others.
CashOldPhone.com will modify the offer accordingly.
CashOldPhone.com reserves the right to determine the cell phone condition and make adjustments to the offer accordingly.
Under no circumstances will the accepted cell phone(s) be returned.

CONDITION OF CELL PHONE:
Each
cell phone
must be in working condition, which includes but not limited to the following:

- It powers up and able to make a 611 test call

- LCD display works and not broken or bleeding
-
- Keypad, scroll bars, camera work
-
- No water damage - A red dot beneath the battery indicate the phone has come in contact with moisture or water.

- No loose or broken flip
-
- Display light comes on
-
- A working battery
-
- A valid and readable serial number sticker inside or beneath the battery

- Case and housing is complete, unbroken, no major scratches, and in acceptable condition

- Any additional function provided by the cell phone must work.
All cell phone must have a valid ESN or IMEI number.
Please do not attempt to sell a phone that is stolen or one that has been found. It will be reported to proper authorities.
Please include the battery and remove your SIM card.
Cell phone(s) that has service with Sprint, Verizon or Nextel must be deactivated/released, and have a zero account balance.
Selling used cell phone(s) that does not meet the condition mentioned above will only be returned at user's expense.
All cell phone(s) sent in other than those lised on the initial transaction will not be returned and will become the property of CashOldPhone.com.
CashOldPhone.com reserves the right to determine the cell phone's condition and make adjustments to the offer accordingly.

SHIPMENT OF CELL PHONE:
CashOldPhone.com is not responsible for phones that are lost or damaged in transit.
Accessories are NOT required. Accessories sent to CashOldPhone.com will be recycled immediately and cannot be returned in any case.

PAYMENT:
Payment will be made after 30 days of the receipt of the cell phone. If the cell phone does not meet the condition mentioned above, we will e-mail a modified offer. If you do not agree with our offer, we may return the cell phone to you at your own expense. Seller must respond to any modified offer within 5 days or CashOldPhone.com will assume the modified offer is accepted and complete the order with the modified offer.

EXPIRATION OF OFFER:
All trade offers will expire 30 days from the date of trade confirmation.

PRICING:
Please note that all prices and offers are conditional. We will process and test each phone(s). Top dollar will be paid for quality phones.
All pricing is subject to change without notice. For all prices and offers, CashOldPhone.com reserves the right to make adjustments due to phone's quality, changing market conditions, product availability, and other extenuating circumstances.

SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION:
It is the responsibility of the user to remove any and all personal information from all phone memory and removable memory.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE:
CashOldPhone.com does not accept phones from minors. You must be 18 years of age or older to utilize our service. We also do not accept stolen or lost phones. It is the responsibility of the user to make sure that the phone has not been reported lost or stolen.
